Answers to Question about Booking Time, Canceling or Refunds
O PI booked into a class but might want to cancel. How long do I have to withdraw?
Players may cancel a booking up to 72 hours before the session starts.
O PI want to sign up for the package/sessions, but I have to miss a session… can I have make-up sessions?
NO. If you miss a session, you do not receive any make-up sessions.
O PI would like to sign up for a clinic, but I have to miss a session. May I pay for only the sessions I attend and still get the package pricing?
No. However, if we have an Individual Session purchase option available for that event, you may sign up for individual sessions, but otherwise – no. We do not break open packages, nor offer refunds for missed classes/ice sessions.

Unless Ice Barn cancels your session – we are unable to offer refunds for any reason.
O PWhen can I book into a class or clinic on the Self-Service site?
Players may book into a session up to 3 hours before the session starts.
